Industrial Chain-Link Fencing Machine – Installation & Commissioning

The project involved setting up the mechanical drive systems, wire feeding mechanisms, forming components, transmission assemblies, winding system, and electrical control system. Our engineering team carried out machine alignment, adjustment, testing, and production trials to ensure smooth and reliable operation. The machine is designed to continuously transform steel wire into chain-link fencing, with the forming and winding mechanisms working together to produce consistent mesh dimensions and finished rolls. Following commissioning, the machine was integrated into the client's maintenance management program using KFMMS – Kalema Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This enables the factory to digitally monitor the equipment, schedule preventive maintenance, record breakdowns, manage work orders, and maintain a complete maintenance history.
