Terms of Service

Efficraft Consultants Limited sources, installs, and maintains industrial machinery, provides engineering services, and operates Efficraft PartsHub, a marketplace where independent sellers can list spare parts for buyers to discover and inquire about.

Pricing for machinery is provided via quote on request. Submitting a quote, service, or appointment request through the Site does not create a binding order — a quote or agreement is only final once confirmed in writing between you and Efficraft. Given the custom and imported nature of the machinery we supply, sales of Efficraft-supplied machinery are final and non-returnable once confirmed, except where a specific warranty is stated for that product.

PartsHub lets independent sellers list spare parts under their own subscription plan. When you use PartsHub as a buyer or seller, the following apply:

• Efficraft does not own, inspect, or warrant third-party listings. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition and quality of items sold, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Efficraft does not process payments between buyers and sellers. Any transaction you agree with a seller is between you and that seller directly.
• Efficraft reviews and can suspend or remove sellers or listings that violate these terms, misrepresent products, or receive credible complaints.
• Seller accounts require admin activation after an off-platform subscription payment (bank transfer or mobile money, using the details provided in your seller dashboard). Subscription plans renew for the period selected and may be suspended for non-payment.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

The Site does not process online payments. Payments for machinery, services, or seller subscriptions are made off-platform via bank transfer or mobile money, using the account details we provide, and confirmed manually by our team.

The Site's design, text, and branding belong to Efficraft Consultants Limited unless otherwise noted. Product images and descriptions supplied by sellers or manufacturers remain their respective owners' property. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without permission.

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Efficraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including losses arising from third-party marketplace listings or transactions between buyers and sellers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Uganda.
